Overcast days should be for sleeping in

Good morning.  Miss L woke up this morning around 7.  She climbed back into bed and I turned her CD on, hoping she would go back to sleep, but I think I got 20 minutes before she was loudly calling “Mommy, Daddy”.  And since Saturday is J’s “sleep in morning” I was up.

This week I finally decided to puchase a Keurig coffee maker.  Every morning I’ve been pouring one cup of coffee, and I drink about half of it.  So some mornings I would just use the Maxwell House coffee singles, others we’d make a half pot of coffee (weekends) or just over one cup in the coffee maker.  Since the teapot for heating up the water seemed to take so long, and with limited time now that we have a school bus to catch, I succumbed to the “it only takes one minute to brew a cup” Keurig maker.  The downside is now there is no time to sit on the couch and wait for it to brew :) 

School’s been in session for just over a week for A.  She really likes riding the bus to school.  She enjoys her days at school – and L is really happy to be able to play with whatever toys she wants with no one trying to take them away from her.  She is in morning K.
