Anytime now…

Well, Marcy is at a Birthday Party with Anya and Lilja is watching Caillou, and I’m just in a waiting game.  Munchkin may arrive at any time now, which means that I don’t want to be too far from home when the labor begins.  I’m pretty excited, and am really looking forward to its arrival.

I think the perfect time to come into the world would be Monday since it is the start of the work week (I never mind missing Mondays 🙂 ) and I will have gotten a chance to watch the opening games of Pittsburgh/Baltimore and Dallas/N.Y. Jets.  Now, don’t get me wrong.  I’ll be be ecstatic if Munchkin arrives anytime this weekend, but Monday would be the best of all worlds. Of course, my nephew Cameron would love for it to arrive today, since that would make its Birthday 09/10/11.  He loves numbers.

So, while I’m waiting, I’ve been cleaning up, making sure I’m ready for the many tasks that Marcy is assigning to me while she is in Labor (most of them designed to keep the medical personnel from doing their normal things), and watching Deadwood.  Such a great show.

So, everyone think good thoughts for 09/12/11 and for Dallas and Pittsburgh on Sunday.  It is the most wonderful time of the year.
